“Felicia was an invaluable resource as I navigated a massage injury case, which was unchartered waters for me. Her wealth of knowledge, both as a massage therapist and as a spa operator, is demonstrable. She is well-respected in her field – in fact, the Defendant’s expert in my case even admitted that she is very well respected, and her list of publications and credentials are impeccable. She testified in front of a jury at trial and did so without any notes in front of her. She is a balanced and fair expert and has a way of characterizing issues simply and clearly.”

“I highly recommend Felicia Brown as a Massage Therapy and Massage Industry expert witness. We were working on a tight time frame, and Felicia responded immediately. She reviewed the unique issues in our case, and she was able to pinpoint the disputed issues and the industry standards and statutory/code support for my legal theories. It was clear she was very familiar with the massage therapy industry at large as well the variances between different states and businesses. Ms. Brown was also accommodating to our scheduling needs and very easy to work with. I will definitely call her again for similar cases, and I have already recommended her for another case in our nation-wide law firm.”
